58th Masham Steam Rally | 19th & 20th July 2025

Camping & Accommodation

Masham Steam Engine and Fair Organ Rally offers full weekend on site camping (Friday to Sunday), including access to the rally from Friday night through to the close of the rally Sunday afternoon. 

Access to the public camp site is will be from on the Friday of the rally week at 12.00 noon, and our Camping Stewards will be on hand to book you in and site you in a pitch.

Important things to know:
  • ​We do not reserve pitches, if you wish to camp next to friends or family please arrive together.
  • We do not allow commercial vehicles within our public camping.
  • Our volunteer Camping Stewards will be in attendance all weekend, with the Public Camping fields also being patrolled regularly by onsite security.
  • The camping field will be managed in accordance with all relevant health and safety requirements, details of which can be obtained form the Camping Stewards. 
  • If you have walking disability we do have some pitches within easy access of the show.

​Please note: There is a bridle path into town for safe walking and it isn't far, approx. 400yds.

Near to the field are The Legendary White Bear public Bar, Restaurant and Hotel and Black Sheep Brewery.
The market place with the Kings Head, The Bay Horse and the Bruce arms public houses, Border House Teas and Cafe in the Corner Cafes, the Lunch Box and Harry’s Fish and Chips for Takeaway food as well as all the lovely shops and galleries that are in the Market Place. The T & R Theakston's Brewery is a small walk signposted just off the market place.
